We specialize in everything from custom screen printing and promotional products to premium vehicle wraps and fleet graphics. We pride ourselves on being a “small company that does big things,” competing on artwork quality, transparency, and exceeding customer expectations rather than just playing the price-matching game. As our wrap division continues to expand rapidly across the region, we are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Wrap Installer to join our production team.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Wrap Installer who takes pride in precision, speed, and quality. Because we handle a massive volume of wraps—from single service vans to large 50-unit fleets and high-end color changes—we need someone who knows the ins and outs of vinyl application and vehicle preparation. If you are a "car person" by nature who thrives in a versatile, fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same, this is the shop for you.

Key Responsibilities

Installation: Execute full and partial vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, color change wraps, PPF (Paint Protection Film) not required, and environmental/wall graphics.

Vehicle Preparation: Thoroughly clean, prep, and disassemble/reassemble vehicle hardware (mirrors, door handles, bumpers, etc.) to ensure a flawless, long-lasting installation.

Material Handling: Work expertly with premium vinyl films (such as 3M, Avery Dennison, and KPMF), utilizing proper heating, stretching, and post-heating techniques to avoid failures.

Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet TrezenBold’s high standards for quality, seamlessness, and durability without damaging factory paint.

Shop Maintenance: Keep the installation bay clean, organized, and optimized for production workflow.

Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our in-house designers, order processors, and production staff to hit tight deadlines and manage high-volume projects.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of professional, hands-on experience installing commercial vehicle wraps and color changes. (Certifications from 3M, Avery, or similar are a major plus).

Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency with industry tools (heat guns, squeegees, knifeless tape, edge sealers).

Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for alignment, trimming, and seamless finishing.

Agility: Ability to handle physical labor, stand for long periods, and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a busy shop.

Reliability: Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple vehicles per week while maintaining top-tier quality.

Requirements: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
