A slight change in positioning, posture, or range of motion can help you get more out of an exercise and make sure the right muscles are doing the work.

Meet Jessica 🩵

Jessica has been part of the UW community for four years. Through major life changes, marriage, motherhood, and now being seven months postpartum, UW has stayed part of her routine.

For her, the community and energy inside the studio are what make the difference. From the friendships she’s built to the coaches who keep the atmosphere positive and encouraging, it’s become more than just a workout class.

Jessica worked out through pregnancy, came back postpartum, and continues to show up for herself every day. Her story is a reminder that consistency, support, and taking time for yourself can make a huge impact over time 🤝
