Three families. Three very different situations. All under contract in my first month full-time! 🏡🤝
1. A Montana family who wanted to buy in Omaha but couldn't get here for showings. We toured homes virtually for two weeks, and I brokered them a month-to-month rental so they weren't forced into a year lease. On their first day in town, first tour in person, we secured their dream home! 👏🏼
2. An active duty military family PCSing to Omaha. Virtual tours, VA loan navigation, a complicated situation and timeline, and a huge decision that had to be made without them ever walking through the front door. They trusted the process, and trusted me. We got them under contract and negotiated repairs to the roof before closing! 🇺🇸
3. A homeowner who needed to sell fast. We prepped the house in a matter of days, marketed it right, and got multiple offers on day one! 📈
This month reminded me exactly why I made this leap. 🙌🏼
