Make sure you fully understand the differences between Medicare Advantage Plans and Medicare Supplements. You only get one Initial Enrollment Period!

For most people Part A of Medicare does not have any cost. If you worked 40 quarters and paid taxes.

If you have moved recently, be sure to update your Part D drug plan.

Medicare can feel like alphabet soup with all of those different letters. Be sure you know what you’re signing up for and that your letters are in the right order!

Once you’ve signed up for a Part D plan, you are stuck in that plan for the remainder of the year. Changes can be made during the Annual Enrollment Period from October 15-December 7th and are effective January 1st.

Sign up for Medicare Part A when eligible! It creates a 'safety net' under your current insurance plan!
