So I gots a big surprise for ya... The Breadman is making his FIRST PUBLIC APPEARANCE!
That’s right, tomorrow yours truly will be at the ! I’ll be sharing a table with my friend .omaha and slingin’ some bread and baked goods! So come visit us and give us your hard-earned America-bucks!
I’m selling some old favorites, as well as debuting some new products, so if you’ve been sleepin’ on ordering from The Breadman, this is the perfect time to finally LIVE DAT BREAD LIFE.

My mom always told me that one day 100 people would like me. And I didn't believe her. Well, Omaha, you did it! You made this little Breadman's dream come true.
Anyway, enough nonsense!
The Breadman has been a little radio silent for a bit, but I assure you, I'm still kickin'! Just been s'darn busy making orders and working on new stuff!
And I tell ya what, I've got some new things in the works that I'm gettin' REAL EXCITED about. Expect some new, neat bread bits soon!
In the meanwhile, I'm always takin' orders for my Focaccia and Pletzel, so go on and sliiiidde into my DMs if ya wanna order!

This week, your friendly neighborhood Breadman is working on a bread called... PLETZEL!
PLETZEL? WHAT THE HECK IS A PLETZEL?! DON’T YOU MEAN PRETZEL
Well if you’d give me a second, I’d tell you! Sheesh...
A pletzel (NOT a PRETZEL) is sort of like a Jewish focaccia, but instead of olive oil and other toppings like rosemary, tomatoes, etc, it has poppyseed and caramelized onion! (and we’re not talkin’ lazy-caramelized-onions. we’re talkin’ proper slow-cooked, 3-4 hour caramelized onions. awwwww yeeeeaaahhh)
Message me for details on ordering one of these in a 9x9 or 9x13 size!

I’m a local weird guy who can’t just work a normal job like a normal person, so I decided to spend my precious time on this earth obsessively making bread and trying to make a living doing so.
Submitted for your approval is The Breadman’s FAMOUS FOCACCIA!
A fluffy, soft, THICK, pillowy loaf with rosemary, tomato, kalamata olive, and vegan cheese (WHAAAATT, VEGAN CHEESE NO WAY)

Doesn’t that sound totes BALLER? The answer, I assure you, is a resounding YEAH BABY.
This bad boy is available in an introductory 9x9 size, or in the almighty 9x13 BIG DADDY size! (if you can handle it)
