They met at a high school cooking class many years ago, and to bring it full circle, after our cooking class with me, he proposed to her!

Great ideas happen when strong partners gather. Together with MJ Senior Housing, LLC, we turned Chef Around the Block into a hub for big ideas and bold flavors. Our senior diners expect more mealtime experiences and top notch food safety. We covered it all from new products to plate presentation.

I like making fun stuff!
This is my spin on my spin off chicken and waffles. On my catering menu, it's Garlic Confit Mashed Potatoes in a Waffle Cone, Drizzled with Maple Syrup, but breakfast is bigger! With a whole chicken thigh and larger cone, this is just enough for dinner!

The Hash and Mash, is my Mashed Potatoes mixed with Hash Browns and Pan Fried. SO GOOD!

I'm proud of these two for sure!
