The first tenants are moving in today to this 173 unit building which includes a heated parking garage, dog run and dog wash, community spaces and many other concierge amenities.

At Streamline Construction and Streamline Home Management, building relationships with clients starts in the office first. We have an amazing team that likes to work hard and play hard.
We hosted our 2022 Fall Outing at Blue Sky Pickle Ball last week. We had a double elimination bracket style tournament with the winners being our Operation’s Manager (and practically pro pickle-baller), Ryan Baker and Carpenter (and practically pro ping-ponger), Eddie Krenk. The award for best-dressed went to our Project Manager, Patrick Niebauer. We can’t wait to make this an annual event!

We love when clients bring us new challenges! The screen material on the projection wall in the Cottonwood Room was updated with an even better resolution. The curvilinear wall took special planning from our wallpaper hangers and carpenters. Streamline tested a few different ways beforehand to make sure the final product would match expectations. Go grab a cocktail and see it for yourself!

Streamline Construction is all about building relationships and we love getting the opportunity to do something out of the ordinary with our clients. Last month, Joe Pogge, along with Patrick Niebauer, Ryan Baker, and Ryan Batenhorst, traveled to Wisconsin to build a treehouse for a client’s lake house. They got it done in only 2 ½ days so they had a little extra time for some fun!
