Chibi Chibi Con is a Japanese animation festival held annually by the Chibi Chibi Con Committee, a school club at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. It is free to attend and provides an opportunity for the Olympia community to celebrate both Japanese media and international and domestic animation, comics, and games.
