Join RPAC members, workforce development leaders, training providers, and community partners for an interactive policy summit focused on strengthening and sustaining regional pre-apprenticeship programs.

This in-person event will bring stakeholders together to explore funding priorities, discuss emerging policy opportunities, and identify strategies that support equitable pathways into construction careers. Through facilitated conversations and collaborative problem-solving, participants will help shape recommendations that advance the future of pre-apprenticeship across our region.

Whether you are a program coordinator, industry partner, educator, advocate, or policymaker, your voice is an important part of the conversation. We hope you'll join us as we work together to build stronger pathways into the construction trades.

Yesterday BuildUp Apprentices held our inaugural Golf Tournament and it was an incredible success! Our Union Trades and Community partners showed up and showed out to support our efforts to raise money for our WA State apprentices.

A few years ago Heather Kurtenbach had a vision- make sure that every apprentice coming from nothing had access to at least a decent pair of boots.... and from that vision has exploded into an incredible organization that's changed countless lives of our next generation of trades men and women!

Thank you to everyone who showed up yesterday to golf, our vendor partners, contractors, all our sponsors who supported our efforts, supported our apprentices ... and had an absolute blast with us!

We can’t wait for next year to be bigger and better!!
