Hello 8th grade families,
We wanted to send a quick reminder about our 8th grade graduation celebration and BBQ on June 15th following the promotion ceremony. We know this is a busy time of year, and our original email may have gotten lost among the many end-of-year messages.
At this point, we have only had one volunteer sign up. In order for the BBQ to take place, we will need additional families to contribute food, supplies, or volunteer support. Without enough participation, we may unfortunately need to cancel the BBQ portion of the celebration.
If you are able to help, please consider signing up using the SignUpGenius link HERE. Every contribution helps make this a special day for our students.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Beth Auerbach at [email protected].
Thank you for your support!
