Casper was born on our farm 31 yrs ago. Today he helped us teach kids at camp how to tack up and groom. He loves kids and wants to be a part of everything. ❤️

So often we hear about the mean girl mentality or toxicity at riding stables. I wanted to share a sweet moment I captured on Wednesday of one of my students helping another. She slid off her ultra tall thoroughbred to help another student get on, without a second thought of the challenge she would face getting back on her own horse. This is the culture of Chastain Mist. Our barn is a safe place. I believe that this intentional belief attracts like minded families and I have been blessed with some of the kindest, most helpful, genuinely lovely students anyone could ask for.
