There have been some unexpected life turns that we are handling at the moment, which unfortunately means the business takes a back seat. (though always working biz ideas I’m my mind) ReThink Bulk was born in one of the hardest years and we have every intention of building a thriving business out of it. The world 🌎 needs change!👏🏻

Empty your bag, fold up/bunch up/roll up the net, and scrub away! 🧼

In our pursuit of a plastic free planet, we always keep our eyes open for trash on the trails. It is still mind boggling to me that humans throw their trash on the ground.😫We always make an effort to pick up what we see or what we can, because of this. On this trip to waterfalls yesterday, there was a 6 pack of mini water bottles just tossed into the bushes. Friends, ☝🏻-pack out what you pack in and keep your trash to yourself! ✌🏻-get a reusable water bottle, two or three even, and fill them 💦 before you head out for a hike! We’re talking free water and ZERO TRASH.

It’s time to hit the books!📚 I purchased these all second hand, Thrifted Books 📖 There’s a great deal of resources online for start ups and opening your first business, but I just think there’s something about a real book in your hand to guide the focus. Wish me luck! 💫

Looking so OFFICIAL! 🤩 Business license has also been applied for. 👏🏻 When your dreams start to become reality it feels so surreal. I need to kick it into high gear and really get focused. Can’t wait to start offering product! 🤯🧡

Straw collection.🥤The ones that get the most use in our house are the silicone smoothie straws! But we’ve got paper, stainless steel, plastic(from previous tumblers), and silicone ones. All different sizes, all different use. Anyone else a straw collector? 👏🏻

Our pantry isn’t perfect! Sharing a glimpse into our and showing you I don’t have it all together. We can’t wait to offer many products at ReThink Bulk to make it easier for everyone to access bulk foods, goods, and spices. Our goal is to help everyone eliminate plastic from the pantry. 👏🏻

Product test!! has been making its appearance across the zero waste community recently. I have been so curious to try it and found one at a local shop in Bend, OR. GUYS, I’m a Q-tip lover and this little thing is great! I’m really happy I like it so much, expect to see it available to YOU at ReThink Bulk. 🤩

Took a break in beautiful Bend, OR for the last four days and it was a wonderful trip. This view is from Misery Ridge Trail at I highly recommend hiking it if you have the opportunity! Also spotted was a soon to be bulk store & coffee shop, opening next month, The Pantry Bend. Give them a follow! I can’t wait to check out the shop next time I visit. With the state of the world we’re in right now, sometimes single use plastic is unavoidable while you’re out. The coffee cup in my hand is plastic 👎🏻 BUT I did ask for NO LID & STRAW. It matters to take the small steps and efforts, when you have no reusable option. 🤞🏻 places go back to accepting our reusable cups soon. 💕

Lets be honest, we’re not doing much shaving during this 🤷🏻‍♀️ When I do though, it’s with my 🪒 This is better than a disposable razor of any kind x10000 and the blades can be sent for recycle.♻️ Disposable razors are greatly contributing to 🌍 “The average person who shaves daily or near-daily can go through some 40-50 disposable razors a year.” It was once estimated that 2 BILLION disposable razors and refill blades end up in the landfill PER year in the US.
We can’t wait to have these available for you as an alternative. ✨
