At Heirloom Kitchen, we’re marking the close of the winter season in style with a dinner dedicated to one of winter’s most prized ingredients: black winter truffles from Italy. Sourced from Urbani Truffles who is celebrating over 170 years of truffle mastery, these final shavings of the season will be featured throughout a four-course menu. Each dish is built to showcase the aroma and character of winter truffles at their peak, layered into a seasonal progression from our kitchen. It’s a focused, ingredient-driven evening that captures this fleeting moment before the season comes to an end, Heirloom style!
