Forget the skyline. Seats 17 & 18 — dinner with the view.
These seats are prized for a reason, perfect for a romantic night out or for those guests less keen to sit at the chefs counter, but experience it from afar. These seats are at bar height behind the chef’s counter overlooking the kitchen pass. Be sure to requests these when making your back counter res!

Sourced from Urbani Truffles who is celebrating over 170 years of truffle mastery, these final shavings of the season will be featured throughout a four-course menu. Each dish is built to showcase the aroma and character of winter truffles at their peak, layered into a seasonal progression from our kitchen. It’s a focused, ingredient-driven evening that captures this fleeting moment before the season comes to an end, Heirloom style!
