🎉 50 Never Looked So Strong! 💪🏻

Today we celebrated Denise’s 50th birthday with friends, family and the Nitro Community!

It was a great reminder that age is just a number and that you can accomplish anything when you continue to challenge yourself. Thank you to everyone who showed up today, not only for the workout but to celebrate Denise and all that she brings to our community.

We are fortunate to be surrounded by encouraging, supportive individuals who are always ready to take on a challenge. Denise Imai-Leonard, you are one of those people. You are hardworking, incredibly competitive, always up for any challenge, and we love having you as part of our community.

🔥 COMMITTED CLUB - MAY 2026 🔥

May was a LONG month... and this crew showed up ready to work!

Through strength cycles, benchmark workouts, Murph prep, busy schedules, school events, work commitments, and everything life threw their way, these athletes continued to prioritize their health and fitness.

That’s what the Committed Club is all about.

It’s not about being perfect.
It’s not about having the most talent.
It’s about showing up consistently and putting in the work.

Every small decision adds up over time.

Yesterday was something special. 🇺🇸❤️

Every year we take on Murph to honor the men and women who sacrifice their lives for our freedom and our country. Murph is about courage, grit, service, and pushing ourselves beyond what we think we’re capable of.

For two years in a row we were honored to host members of our local police and fire departments during our 7:30am heat. These men and women serve and sacrifice for their community every single day, putting others before themselves, and it meant a lot to have them alongside our Nitro crew for Murph.

We had first-timers taking on Murph, partner Murphs, vested Murphs and no matter the version, athletes pushed themselves outside their comfort zones and gave their absolute best effort. The energy, encouragement, and support throughout the gym was incredible to watch.

Murph has a way of bringing people together. It humbles you, challenges you, and reminds you what community is all about.

To everyone who showed up yesterday — thank you.
To our police officers and firefighters — thank you for your service.
And to the Nitro family — this is what it’s all about. ❤️

🔥 PR WEEK AT NITRO 🔥

Over the last 10 weeks we put in the work, trusted the process, showed up consistently, and this week we put it all to the test.

🏋️ 1RM Bench Press
🏋️ Back Squat
🏋️ Hang Sn**ch
🏋️ Deadlift

We saw incredible PRs, breakthrough moments, confidence boosts, and athletes proving to themselves what they’re capable of when they stay committed. 💪

Consistency, hard work, discipline…and yes…a little bit of complaining along the way 😂 all pays off in the end.

At Nitro, we do more than just workouts.
We build athletes.
We create goals.
We challenge limits.
We test our physical AND mental strength.
We become better together. 🔥

But we’re not done yet…

Our final test is TOMORROW:
🇺🇸 MURPH 🇺🇸

Every year we take on this Hero workout to honor and remember those who sacrificed their lives serving our country. We are also honored to recognize and support the Meridian Township Police and Fire Department for their continued service to our community. Thank you for all that you do. 🚓🚒

Monday, May 25th at Nitro Performance CrossFit

Join us this Memorial Day as we take on one of the most meaningful workouts in the CrossFit community — Murph. ❤️💙

Murph is a tradition that honors the legacy and sacrifice of U.S. Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all those who have served our country with courage and selflessness.

Whether you complete the workout RX, scaled, with a partner, or simply come to support the community, this day is about showing up together, pushing ourselves, and remembering those who gave everything.

💯 100 CHECK-INS FOR BRANDON! 🔥

From day one, Brandon has been consistent, coachable, and eager to improve every single week!

Through every strength cycle and every challenge, he continues to put in the work and trust the process.

Recently, Brandon started stringing pull-ups together efficiently and is now working hard on connecting toes-to-bar reps too. Those breakthroughs don’t happen overnight… they happen because of patience, consistency, and refusing to give up.

That’s the cool part about CrossFit:
