It’s a little hot out!

We just finished another one! This is a 4/2 with simple nice clean lines. I always love the high ceilings, lots of trim and lots of bonus items through out. Each house is always fun to design and execute. It’s already under contract and his been waiting on the CO to close!

We are not a concrete company, but for some reason we do a lot of concrete!

F5 is looking to hire a carpenter/helper. Pay based on experience, skill and tools. Drivers license is a plus. New High school graduates are encouraged to try us out. If interested send us a DM.

F5 swordfish charter was a success. It was a long day but we pulled up a stud in the 11th hour(literally 11 hrs).

We just finished another exquisite little beauty! This 3/2 was a fun build for us. The guys packed as much as they could into this one. Everything from a full trim package and some artistic detail to a high end security monitoring system. Of course it has our signature touch with things like quartz countertops, icynene insulation, impact windows and doors……..all the upgrades!
