Well, here it is almost March and I'm finally taking the time to post some pics from the builds I completed for Christmas it seems like there just isn't enough time in the day to do everything that needs to be done. So hopefully I can make myself slow down a little bit this year so I can keep up with posting my latest builds and maybe take some time so I can go fish myself. But even if I can't go fishing it would be great to see all who have a custom Rum Island Rod to post their latest and best catches on this page so I can remember what a fish looks like LOL!! So, until then may you have Tightlines and Sunshine.

Well this year I really found out how Santa's elves feel , I worked all the way up to Christmas eve trying to finish up rods for Christmas morning. This has been my first year building rods as a business so I've learned alot and have alot that I still need to learn. I have been taking alot of pictures of finished rods that needs to be edited before I post them, so I will work on that as soon as I can. I will be taking a short break and start again fresh for the New Year. Thank you to all that has bought rods from me this past year , your business is greatly appreciated. I want to thank Donna Turtle for being my second opinion on my design / color combinations on these custom rods ...you always need a different view on things. I would like to thank Mudhole for keeping me in supplies despite the pandemic supply chain issues we had this year.

Looking forward to 2022

It's been a while since I've posted anything , been busy on rods and other daily life. I will post some rods that were just finished and rushed out the door soon !! Whenever I slow down long enough to do so. Thanks for following!!
