Jouppi Outdoors is a full-time RV family–owned mobile RV service built from real life on the road. We’ve been living and traveling full time in our RV since 2019. Living this lifestyle ourselves changed how we approach RV service. Our primary focus is RV battery health, DC electrical systems, and overall power reliability. We help RVers understand how their electrical systems actually work, identify early warning signs, and avoid the kind of failures that leave people stranded or damaging expensive components. We specialize in battery load testing, DC electrical diagnostics, charging system evaluations, inverter and converter checks, and pre-trip power reliability inspections. In addition to electrical and power systems, we also provide RV air conditioning repair and diagnostics, as well as RV water heater repair and replacement. These are comfort-critical systems, and we approach them the same way we do everything else — with clear diagnostics, honest recommendations, and no pressure. We believe RVers deserve straightforward answers. We don’t push unnecessary upgrades, sell equipment you don’t need, or pressure you into repairs. Our goal is to give you clear information so you can make confident decisions about your RV, whether that means fixing something now, planning for later, or simply gaining peace of mind. Our background in DC electrical systems, battery performance, and real-world diagnostics allows us to spot issues that are often missed during routine service visits — especially in RVs that have been modified, boondocked, or lived in full time. Jouppi Outdoors is also the creator of the Jouppi Outdoors YouTube channel, where we share real-world RV travel, campground reviews, preparedness, and practical electrical system education that has helped hundreds of thousands of RVers across the country.
