Not saying everyone should treat their pit this way, but being the manufacturer...we insist on testing our smoker's to the fullest extent of the law. This is our original prototype, that aside from being faded...is just as solid as the day we built it. Try that with your fancy, box store cookie cutter. 😁 with Matt Cherrington

Our rib turn in...apparently we should have gone with infant ribs...Lol. Amazing job Matt Cherrington, and all the Evolution crew. Although we didn't receive a call out, we learned a lot about how things run, and had a great time doing what we love. We are super proud of our showing, and gained a mess of new friends to share our amazing BBQ. Thank you all!
