Meet Steven Loy, owner of Loyland Construction! 👋
After 44 years in aircraft maintenance and management, Steven earned his contractor’s license in 2025 and his real estate license in 2026, launching Loyland Construction to focus on home construction and sales.

Steven recently joined NWHBA and is excited to connect with others in the industry. He enjoys helping people achieve their goals and brings that same passion to his work every day.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys spending time with family, gardening, hiking, and being on the water. 🌿🚤

Meet Dan Lewark, owner of REV Builders. With 19 years in the homebuilding industry, Dan has built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and custom luxury homes in Northern Utah. Since joining our association in 2024, REV Builders has made its mark, taking home the People’s Choice Award at last year’s Northern Wasatch Parade of Homes.

Beyond the jobsite, Dan is focused on continual growth, both personally and professionally. While he’s passionate about building dream homes for clients, his greatest priority is being a husband and father. He enjoys hunting, golfing, camping, fishing and spending time outdoors. 🏔️

Meet Clark Conway with Steward Land Company! As Steward’s Entitlement & Construction Manager, Clark brings a lifetime of construction experience and over a year focused in land development. Steward Land Company helps simplify the homebuilding process by acquiring raw land and transforming it into finished, build-ready lots for families across Utah.

Clark has been a member of our association for just over 6 months, joining to share Steward’s story, build connections, and learn more about what matters most in the homebuilding industry. Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping, and hunting. 🌲

Matthew Bosen is the Owner/President of MABO Builders and has led the company for the past 6 years. He has been in the homebuilding industry for 12 years and brings passion and experience to every project.

His favorite part of the job is seeing projects take shape and helping build people’s dream homes. He finds it incredibly rewarding to bring those visions to life.

When he is not working, Matthew enjoys mountain biking and hiking with his wife and kids and spending time outdoors with his family. 🚵
