Great news for homebuyers and homeowners! The official Conventional and FHA Loan Limits have been announced for 2026, offering increased financing options in today's market.

The new baseline limits for most areas are as follows:

For Conventional Loans, the limits are $832,750 for a one-unit home, $1,066,250 for a two-unit home, $1,288,800 for a three-unit home, and $1,601,750 for a four-unit home.

For FHA Loans, the limits are $541,287 for a one-unit home, $693,050 for a two-unit home, $837,700 for a three-unit home, and $1,041,125 for a four-unit home.

These updated limits, combined with low down payment options (as low as 3-5% for Conventional and 3.5% for FHA, qualifications apply), mean more flexibility and buying power for you. Keep in mind that high-cost areas may qualify for even higher loan limits!
