We may have found one of the best ramen spots ever 🍜🔥

We tried Shio Ramen & Crudo in the Scottsdale area, and wow… this might be one of the best ramen stops we’ve ever had. Baby boy loved the chicken karaage and fried squid, and the ramen was spicy, packed with flavor, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. Definitely a stop we’d make again.

A full day on the road with our little family meant snack breaks, tired eyes, random laughs, sweet little moments, and memories we’ll never forget. Sometimes the best part of the journey isn’t the destination… it’s everything in between. 💚

I never want to take his life for granted. The little moments, the hard-fought victories, the smiles, the steps, and even the ordinary days are gifts I never want to overlook. Watching him grow has taught me to slow down, be present, and appreciate what so many people miss in the rush of everyday life.
Against The Odds 💚
Doctors said “never” more times than we can count. But Vasu keeps showing up, putting in the work, and proving that progress happens one step at a time. Watching him walk through his favorite place is a reminder that every milestone starts with someone refusing to give up.

First Stop: Scottsdale 🌵☀️
Today was full of big emotions and new adventures. We said goodbye to Gaga, Thatha, and beautiful Carlsbad, California, then hit the road for our next chapter.
Our first stop on this long road trip was Scottsdale, Arizona. We grabbed breakfast at Beach Break Cafe, made the drive, stopped by Walmart for a few things we forgot, enjoyed some ramen, and ended the day with a pool session.
Through it all, Vasu was such a good boy and handled the travel like a little champion. One day closer to our next adventure. 💚
