❓Did you know… all Freedom Dog trainers are volunteers❓ We could not exist without our dedicated volunteer trainers. We are so grateful for the time, heart and strength they put into our program. Today’s paint your pet activity was a much deserved “thank you” for always answering the call when our participants need them. Thank you doesn’t begin to cover it. We love you all!!

June is PTSD awareness month. Freedom Dogs celebrates our brave participants and the work they put in every day to heal. Freedom Dogs participant, Mushroom, is a man of immense talent and was kind enough to share this beautifully written piece. Remember, not all wounds are visible. Our Freedom Dogs crew had a great time today for the 6th Annual Mr. Mahalo Vintage Car Show! We met some new friends and saw some seriously impressive cars! We love finding new places to spread the word about the importance of Heroes for Our Heroes. Thank you and for having us!

Our Freedom Dogs, participants and trainers took lakeelsinorestorm… well… by storm! Baseball games and stadiums offer great opportunities for our participants to grow in their healing journey with the support of service dogs 🐕‍🦺.
