Looking for a Construction Estimator
We’re hiring an estimator with experience in government/public works projects. Must know bid takeoffs, pricing, and agency requirements.

Finished a community mailbox. Fun project. Had to put a lot of thought into since we didn’t have any plans. Only a napkin drawing. 🫠

Jobs finally starting to come together. Rooms are framed out and getting drywalled. All electrical for rooms are ran. Exit sign is installed with conduit. ✅ time to finish up Plumbing and then do the rest of the drywall and paint.

Went to a clients house to give an estimate on a sagging ceiling. When I got up in the attic to see what is going on, I found out that there used to be a load bearing wall and someone thought they could replace it themselves. Unfortunately they were incorrect. Every truss is cut incorrectly and the post to support beams is not in the correct place. Also not many brackets 😆

Pouring a slab for an addition on a single-family home. Next we got the Framing with the rough in. Once everything‘s all wrapped up will be starting on the ADU.
