Today we celebrate Juneteenth and freedom for all.

On Monday, we visited our summer meals site at Grapevine Elementary and had samples of a Watermelon Cucumber Salad as part of week. It's a delicious treat perfect for hot summer days. It's week, and we've got treats galore! Today we had samples of a Tomato Basil Caprese Sandwich, and it was a hit! Fresh tomato slices, mozzarella cheese, basil, pesto, and a balsamic vinaigrette drizzle served on a whole-grain ciabatta bun. Delicious!
