We're at Iron Fist Brewing Company today! 2 dozen dark velvet cupcakes with vanilla icing.

Baked 2 dozen Dark Velvet cupcakes yesterday, one dozen for an order and sold off the extras. Dark Velvet is a Dark chocolate cupcake made with Iron Fist Brewing Company's Velvet Glove beer with a chocolate buttercream on top. Photos taken by Tara Jo Banks.

Goodness! Sorry I haven't been updating guys! Since the catering order to Premier Stainless Systems I've had two more orders, one of which was delivered today. I've finally managed to pay off my mixer, extra bowl, and the special attachment! Expect some really cool changes soon!!

Awesome. Just finished up the last of the cupcakes to bring to Premier Stainless Systems' open house this morning! I'm bringing 2-dozen each of Rec Velvet Glove, Chocolate Glove, Black Forest Law, and Strawberry Blonde.

On the way to Ironfist! I have a few less cupcakes in tow than I had planned bcause my hand mixer stopped mixing properly. I'm going to start charging $1 per cupcake so that I can save up and buy a nice stand mixer.
