Coding Games using Scratch | Code School Rocks Scratch is a visual programming language, and can be used to create games while also learning the fundamentals of computer programming. This course is perfect for kids ages 8 to 12, or for adults learning how to code.

Scratch is an open source (Free) program created by MIT to help children, and people of all ages, to learn about computer science. Check it out!

Everybody loved the Hour of Code! We used a Minecraft tutorial. Everyone finished and wrote lots of lines of Code, ages 6-12. Thanks to the Ocean Springs Library for hosting the event.
