changes Restaurant

Super happy for Lourdes Wright who entered and medaled in her very first 5k today. Incredibly talented and amazing inside and out. Very impressive indeed.

We posted a while back on our intentions to open a new “changes” in the Stone County area, but that deal fell through due to something out of our control. I have always thought that things happen exactly as they are supposed to happen and we might not see the reason immediately, but later on it becomes clear. It seems as if the Pandemic changed everything, including the way people are dining. James and I will be on the lookout for that perfect opportunity, maybe even a Bed & Breakfast where we can be creative without the usual restaurant limitations or restrictions. We still love the kitchen, but this was not the right time for us and someone above saved us for whatever reason from making (what could have been) a decision in the wrong place, and at the wrong time. Good Morning. I just wanted to give you a brief update on the status of the Plaza Unit which will be our new location for Changes Pasta. Although some things have been addressed after almost six (6) months, 🙄most renovations to bring the unit up to Wiggins’ Code have not even begun. We continue to work on our Menu to bring you a savory variety when we open and as always, made in our kitchen, for each individual Guest. This below is a Strawberry 🍓 Tiramisu. It tastes Amazing. As practice, I made this one for my Mom, for Mother’s Day. I think she will like it. James approved, lol, and it will definitely b on our changes Menu. I also want to wish every Mom out there a happy weekend.
