We are expressing our serious concern regarding the recent operational changes at the ABC warehouse.

Retailers were initially advised that the January closure would be limited to inventory counting for a short period. However, we have since experienced significant and unanticipated changes to the order pulling, fulfillment, and delivery processes.

Historically, orders were delivered within a few business days. Currently, delivery timelines are extending to nearly three weeks. This level of delay is creating substantial operational and financial hardship for retailers across the state.

These disruptions are impacting inventory availability, customer satisfaction, cash flow, and overall business stability. Many small and independent businesses rely on predictable and timely deliveries in order to operate effectively.

It feels like the expectation is for everyone to stay quiet and just accept it. That’s not acceptable.

We truly feel for every business dealing with this, and we sincerely hope they can survive through these disruptions. We all hear “we’re in this together.”

So maybe it’s time for a new slogan:

We’re tired of this and we want it fixed.
