Who are we looking for?
- 5+ years professional, post-graduation experience (licensure not required)
- Located (or willing to relocate) on the Gulf Coast
- Enjoys working in a close-knit collaborative environment
- Experience with Project Management required
- Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suites
- Enscape experience preferred

Meet Jerrod Partridge, one of the twelve featured artists in our “2025 Mississippi Invitational.” Jerrod is a studio artist, educator, curator, and co-owner of Palmette, based in the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He has exhibited work in Japan, Italy, and across the United States. Each summer, Jerrod enriches communities through art, leading trips and creative retreats to Europe and organizing Art Space 86 projects, which provide unique opportunities for artists. His work has been shown internationally and is represented by galleries in Ocean Springs, Jackson, Oxford, and New Orleans. Jerrod is the recipient of the 2025 Jane Crater Hiatt Fellowship.
