The oven is off and lights are out in the store. It's been a great run, thank you!

Due to an over abundance of calls and messages and to help alleviate added stress and work load of our staff, we no longer taking orders. Everything is on a first come first serve basis. Sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. We appreciate everyone's comments and love and support they've shown the bakery and staff this past week. Our hours for the weekend are, Friday and Saturday 7am-5pm, Sunday 7am-2pm. There are cookie jars still available for sale.

After being an Ocean City tradition for over 98 years, WARDS PASTRY will be turning off its ovens Sunday, September 18, 2022 for the last time. The Hohman family would like to thank everyone for choosing Wards Pastry to be part of their celebrations through all of these years. Thank you for all of your support!

Time for a getaway from it all trip. We’ve been planning this for a while, and ended up short handed at the store, so we decided to close for a few days. We reopen Tuesday October 20, at 8am.

We are starting to get back to “normal “. Our hours for the rest of the summer. We are also looking for a few more people to work various positions here at the bakery.

Remember dads and grads on their special day with a cake to celebrate the occasion! Make like icing and spread out @ Wards Pastry

With the flood of new residents in ocean city, we have SOLD OUT of our egg cakes. We will have plenty of other goodies in the store today. We are open 8-2 Saturday and closed Easter Sunday. Please follow our guidelines in the store to help lessen any exposure, thank you.
