Braised Beef Short Ribs are BACK!

Here's the rest of this week's menu.
Blackened Grouper — 6-oz wild-caught red grouper filet dusted with blackening spice and grilled. Served with coconut jasmine rice and Mandarin orange salsa

Korean BBQ Pork Chop — 6-oz boneless pork loin chop, marinated and grilled. Finished with garlic, ginger, and sweet chili glaze. Served with braised cabbage, and vegetable fried rice.

Arroz Con Pollo — white rice, pulled chicken, onion, celery, carrot, vine ripe tomato, poblano and red peppers, saffron and fresh herbs in a rich lightly-spiced chicken broth.

Braised Beef Short Ribs — boneless beef short ribs braised in a cabernet beef broth with fresh rosemary and a splash of plum tomato. Served with parmesan risotto and roasted broccoli.

Chicken & Andouille Jambalaya — breast of chicken, andouille sausage, red peppers, poblano peppers, onion, garlic, tomatoes, herbs, and spices simmered in a rich chicken broth. Served over white rice

Swedish Meatballs — all-beef meatballs simmered in creamy cabernet beef broth with shallots, mushrooms, and sour cream. Served with fettuccine pasta and garlic wilted spinach

Rosemary and Garlic Roast Pork Loin — 6-oz sliced pork loin topped with natural pan gravy. Served with cinnamon butter baked sweet potato and grilled vegetables

Snapper Primavera — 6-oz red snapper filet topped with basil pesto, paper-thin sliced red onion, vine ripe tomato, garlic butter and shaved parmesan cheese. Served with fettuccine pasta and julienne fresh vegetables sauteed in garlic, EVOO, a splash of white wine and fresh herbs.

Tuscan Grilled Chicken — 6-oz non GMO chicken breast, dusted with Italian herbs and spices and grilled. Topped with roasted garlic parmesan cream sauce, crispy fried pancetta, caramelized onion and sundried tomatoes. Served with white rice and grilled asparagus.

Stuffed Peppers — whole green peppers stuffed with ground beef, spicy Italian sausage and white rice. Topped with TFC’s marinara sauce and shaved parmesan cheese. With grilled vegetables.

Here we go again, time for a new menu. Where does the time go? It feels like I just posted a new menu. Anyway, this week has turned into a fan fave. Check it out!

Blackened Grilled Salmon — spiced TFC way and simply grilled. Served over jasmine rice and Asian stir fry vegetables.

Stuffed Pork Loin — whole pork loin stuffed with garlic herb bread crumbs, dried cranberry, and roasted Anjou pears. Sliced and served with blackberry cabernet demi glace, rosemary garlic mashed potatoes and herb roasted vegetables.

Felix’s Meatloaf — Nobody makes a better gluten-free meatloaf than we do. And our gravy is gluten-free too. Served with rosemary garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli aglio olio.

Cajun Chicken — boneless skinless chicken breast topped with sauteed onion, andouille sausage, poblano peppers, fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice. Served with Spanish risotto and broccoli aglio olio.

White Fish Catalano - 6-oz white fish filet topped with sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, fresh basil and capers in white wine lemon butter sauce. With Angel hair pasta and herb roasted vegetables.

Picadillo — Cuban ground beef stew with chorizo, onion, manzanilla olives, raisins, tomato, and spices. Served with cilantro lime jasmine rice

Fiery Shrimp and Grits — 8-large shrimp simmered in a cajun garlic brown butter sauce. Served with 3-cheese grits and spicy haricot verts (French green beans) with red onion, poblano and red peppers

Cuban Grilled Chicken — boneless skinless chicken breast dusted with Cuban spices and grilled. Served with chimichurri sauce, Jasmine rice, and spicy haricot verts (French green beans) with red onion, poblano and red peppers

Steak and Shrimp Fajita — 4-oz beef tenderloin and 4 large shrimp sauteed with julienne red peppers, poblano peppers, spanish onion, garlic and spices. Served with cilantro lime jasmine rice and (1) large low-carb flour tortilla (4g net carbs)

Peppercorn Steak — 6-oz grilled beef shoulder tenderloin topped with creamy peppercorn brandy demi-glace. Served with rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes and mixed fresh vegetable
