Slowing Down

Sometimes the stars align. I got to take advantage of an unexpected afternoon off today. This sunset made me stop in the middle of my run to appreciate it.

Trying very hard to change habits and relax amidst chaos. Enjoying the sunrise with coffee while ignoring the mess on the patio, and let’s not even talk about the after-Christmas disaster inside.
