This project just completed showcases our commitment to craftsmanship. We updated the casings on 13 doors and 4 windows from basic colonial casings to transitional craftsman style with corniced entablatures to suite the client's taste for elegance and European architecture. Picture frame wainscoting was added throughout to bring the walls together with the casings. Lastly, we added crown molding in the great room to accentuate the high ceiling. Just finished transforming the 500 sqft upstairs of this condo by switching out the carpet for engineered hardwood flooring.

Quality features:
1. A custom, stylish return for the transition at the bottom of the stairs, as opposed to a straight cut off which is what most people would do.
2. Baseboards removed beforehand and reinstalled on top of new flooring instead of adding quarter-round.
3. Stair treads and nosings scribed tight against skirt boards and trim.
4. Joints staggered in a random pattern, not the cheap "stair-step" pattern.
