We are seeking an outgoing, motivated individual who thrives on helping people, communicates effectively, and is eager to learn. If you’re comfortable on the phone, enjoy problem-solving, and are ready to grow in a fast-paced industry, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Responsibilities

Obtain a NJ Property & Casualty Insurance license (we provide support and assistance).
Assist clients by phone, email, and in person with questions and policy changes.
Educate customers about products, coverage options, and benefits.
Process new business, renewals, and endorsements.
Review existing client accounts to identify opportunities for improvement.
Cross-sell additional products when appropriate.

Qualifications

Active NJ Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
Insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.
Driven, self-motivated, and competitive — with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Works hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
on-site in Oaklyn, NJ (no remote or hybrid options).

Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time Only ($52,000 Base Salary + Commission)
