Save the Date! We will be celebrating our 30th anniversary on June 13th! To make this a special one, will have a taco truck on site for the first time ever! We will still have our usual potluck, so bring a dish or something you’d like to share. Everyone is welcome, including faces we haven’t seen in a while. Please spread the word.

As many of you are aware, Amy Hillyard has been reported missing since last Wednesday. You may not know Amy personally, but she is a beloved member in the Oakland community and also the mother of one of our riders. As search efforts continue, the Oakland Equestrian community is organizing a volunteer search party on the trails surrounding our barn tomorrow evening, Thursday, 4/2.

The meet up time at Skyline Ranch is 5:30pm. We understand not everyone has access to a trail-friendly horse and want to stress that all are welcome to join, whether on horseback or on foot. The more eyes we have, the higher the chances we have in finding Amy.

Alameda County Search and Rescue (SAR) is helping plan our search routes and is advising everyone to download the Strava app and join the search group: https://strava.app.link/0jprttvpZ1b. Details are on the slides but please feel free to reach out with any questions. Please share with anyone who is not on social media.
