What did you eat/drink to bring in the new year?

Us: This spicy/smoky/sweet jollof rice balanced out perfectly by the fresh nuttiness of pea tendrils.

Pairing: batch no. 12C; the pillowy mouthfeel soothes the spiciness from the rice and the meandering melon/sour sop/butterscotch notes create a seamless flavor adventure.
