Hope everyone is doing well. Are you looking for a fun 5KM for next Saturday, the 20th? Our really good friend, Mark Keck, hosts a race in Wartburg using a new section of the Cumberland Trail. All proceeds help Morgan County.
Terri and I have helped out by doing the timing and results at the finish, and we'll be there again this year. It's a low frills, but nice event.

Tennessee Mountain Laurel Festival 5K Ridge Run The Tennessee Mountain Laurel Festival 5K Ridge Run is on Saturday May 20, 2023.

Get ready to Run Under The Stars! 3 great nighttime events.
1st up is in the secret city of Oak Ridge TN at beautiful AK Bissell Park on April 29. 3hr/6hr/12hr choices on a flat 1.19 mile course.
2nd is in Paducah KY on the 1/2 mile horse track oval at Carson Park. Lots of big shade trees. 10hr. June 10.
3rd is in Corydon IN on the 1/2 mile horse track oval at the Harrison Co Fairgrounds. 3hr/6hr/12hr options. July 1.
All are fast, easy on the legs courses. Safe venues to train for any night races. Bring the family... camp next to the course.
Great aid stations, caps, shirts, awards ... you name it.

Only 6 weeks until the 2023 Run Under The Stars Oak Ridge. Held on a certified 1.19 mile course at fabulous AK Bissell Park on April 29 this year. Run/walk as much as you like for 12 hours, or 6 hours, or 3 hours!
See your friends, and train for other all night events... like a 100 miler or 24 hour event. Great shirts, caps, bags, medals, awards, and aid station. Set up your tent or table next to the course.
If you're a resident of Tennessee, maybe you'll set a Tennessee State Age Group record! There are over 120 listed from running RUTS Oak Ridge.
