We’re excited to recognize Jesse Burnette as our May Omega Employee Spotlight!
Jesse has been part of the Omega team since 2022 and has earned multiple promotions, now serving as Deputy Director of Engineering and Project Engineering Manager supporting the Savannah River Site. Jesse was drawn to Omega’s people‑focused culture, something that aligns perfectly with his belief that people are the foundation of every successful project.
A core part of Jesse’s leadership philosophy is the CARE Principle:
• Communication
• Alignment
• Recognizing Reality
• Engagement
This approach has helped Jesse build strong relationships, support teams effectively, and grow steadily in his career.
Jesse credits his parents as his biggest inspiration, having learned the importance of compassion and genuine care through the challenges their family navigated together. That same heart shows up in Jesse’s leadership, work ethic, and commitment to doing meaningful work.
Outside the office, Jesse finds balance through family time and continuing education. Family is incredibly important to him, especially his two children: his daughter, who is finishing college, and his son, who also lives with a
neurological disorder. He enjoys spending his free time with them and continuing his education by taking online courses. He hopes one day, when his career slows down, to learn more about refinishing furniture and the full process of restoring pieces to their original beauty.
Jesse embodies the values Omega celebrates—dedication, integrity, and a people‑first mindset. Please join us in congratulating Jesse Burnette on being our May Employee Spotlight!
