Just wrapped up a great afternoon at the Orange Hat Tech Summit at Orange Hat Brewery.

The conversations around AI in manufacturing, nuclear energy, and business were fascinating, but my biggest takeaway was that AI is ultimately a tool. The real value still comes from people—their expertise, judgment, creativity, and relationships.

As a real estate broker, I'm always looking for ways to better serve my clients and support the agents in our office. Learning how other industries are using technology often provides ideas and perspectives we can apply in our own work.
