Today I had the pleasure of catering a small
cocktail party. This menu included fresh fruit tray, whole grilled salmon, ham and Swiss sandwiches, eye of round roast beef with assorted breads and sauces, Thai meatballs, spinach artichoke dip with chips, stuffed mushrooms.

What an amazing day celebrating my husband's well-deserved retirement! 🎉 I had so much fun catering this special party and watching him enjoy time with loved ones. Here's to new adventures ahead!
