As we prepare for something new, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate the heart of Neighborhood Barre Oak Ridge and the people who make it what it is.
We asked each of our instructors one simple question:

A huge thank you to everyone who came out for our yoga event this morning! It was such a wonderful way to slow down, move with intention, and spend time together as a community. ✨
We’d also like to give a very special shoutout to our amazing yogis, Kenda and Noreen! 🌿💜 Thank you both for sharing your knowledge, energy, and calming presence with our studio. We are so grateful for the time and care you poured into today’s event.
