Pan-fried Chicken Livers and Onions. With mashed potatoes and gravy and another side of your choice.

Mexican Lasagna. House-made tortilla sheets layered deeply with blackbeans and taco-style-seasoned ground beef, ricotta and smoky three-cheese blend with fresh oregano and fiesta corn, and a mildly kicked-up salsa rojo. Comes with a side salad and toast.
