Just finished this training on eliciting verbal speech with children with suspected CAS who are minimally verbal. Great for early intervention, preschool, kindergartners. I have noticed this year so many kiddos coming through my door with appropriate receptive language but very low expressive/verbal language. This will help you get started! I highly recommend! I found this blog post a fresh perspective from a person who has assisted many with accessing and developing their AAC skills. Her experience reflects that use of an AAC device needs to include more than how often a person uses it. It’s about quality of life which is ever evolving and user input. Enjoy!
