Almost finished with this small custom home in Little Elm. It’s turning out beautifully, and this was built on a fairly modest budget. More photos to come!

We are scheduled for gunite tomorrow morning after a hard day of getting everything lined up perfect. These geometric pools take so much more time than a free form, especially when my OCD kicks in. 😂

Here are some more upgrades going into these Little Elm homes. The marble master shower is so beautiful. Installing marble ceilings tomorrow and hope to see grout finished too.
