So happy that I was there in spirit. What smiles! I wrote the text with their names but we left the date and location open, because if the war, we did not know if the wedding would go as planned. So glad it did! Mazal Tov!

Wimple on a Chupah. I made this wimple 30 years ago for a 3 year old boy in New Jersey... He brought the wimple to Shul to wrap around the Torah to celebrate his birthday and his transitionfrom a toddler to a little boy...he grew up and used it on his Chuppah to transition from a single young man to a married one. What an exciting thing it is to be part of two major life events in someone's life!! A couple of years ago, he called and asked me to make one for his own son...the life cycle and tradition continues:-)

I just took a picture of a ketubah I wrote and painted 19 years ago! The color pigments did not fade. I love the classic design with this unusual framing. Still looks slick on the wall!
