Forest Ridge Elementary School PTO

It’s been a while since we’ve posted but we’re back! What better way to be back than with a shout out to Trattoria di Carlo for donating pizza boxes for our upcoming field day fun at Forest Ridge! Thanks Frank!

We have a busy week ahead of us. Wednesday is popcorn day. Smencils is on Thursday during lunch. Cherrydale pick up is right after school on Thursday until 530. All orders must be picked up. We do not have the capacity to hold any orders. AND then treat yourself to dinner at Panera on Thursday 4p-8p. Don’t forget to tell them your supporting Forest Ridge Elementary!!

Our next PTO meeting is this Thursday November 14th at 5 pm. We will be discussing future events and chatting about current issues. Hope to see everyone there! Child care is also available.

Fall Fest is free to attend. This is just a reminder to turn in your food slips if you are ordering food. There will be no food available to purchase the night of. Everything will need to be preordered.

We are in our final day of ordering. Orders must be turned in tomorrow Wednesday October 3rd to school. Pick up for orders will be sometime in November. We will send more information once we know a date. Thanks to all the families that participated! Cherrydale is our largest source of money collected from FUNraising! 🤞🏼This year is even more successful than the previous years.

FALL FEST flyers will be coming home soon, sorry for such a delay. FALL FEST will be happening on Friday October 11th from 5:30-7:30p. Food will need to be prepurchased by turning your slips back in with the exact amount of money (no change will be given). Everyone is encouraged to wear costumes. The night will be filled with fun, games, prizes and raffles. Can’t wait for the fun!!

Don’t forget to keep sending in those donations! Winners will be drawn after the event is complete so there’s still time to get the $ in and a chanceto win one of two prizes for each $25 raised.

Midweek reminder that Rock-A-Thon is this Friday, September 27th from 1:30pm -2:30pm!

Thank you to all who have collected donations thus far and those who have signed up to volunteer. We couldn’t do it without you!

Our total collected right now is $1,430 which is only 29% of our $5,000 goal.

It’s not too late to bring in donations and remember for each $25 a student raises in donations they’ll be entered to win one of two raffle prizes:

•Nintendo Switch
•Apple iPad

Funds raised go right back to the school for field trips, educational activities, events and the classroom.
