City of O’Fallon Ward 3 Councilman-2019 to 2025
👑 St. Charles County 🇺🇸
You have heard me say it time and time again, our County is GREAT because of the way all the municipalities come together in PARTNERSHIP with our County. They all meet, collaborate, and collectively improve our area TOGETHER.
Creating chaos is not leadership. Always straw-manning a problem with no legal or actionable solution is just grifting. Stating that you’ll run the County as a Dictatorship is un-American and the furthest from conservative. Listen to his own words, Bill Eigel has lost his mind saying he’ll withhold cities infrastructure funding until they fall in his line.
A piece of what makes St. Charles County great is we have a taxing mechanism that funds the County Roadboard which is tasked with distributing those dollars to prioritized road projects that improve our County. This fund has helped straighten Hwy N and soon will be installing a stoplight at N/Hopewell ahead of MODOTs larger widening project.
For a candidate to state they will withhold critical infrastructure from a City until they fall inline and do as they dictate is despicable.
On August 4th in the Republican primary vote to re-elect Steve Ehlmann as he is the only candidate with the proven track record to continue St. Charles County’s success!

It may have been my first but it definitely won’t be my last! Back to back gala’s is tough to fit in with busy schedules but I’m glad I finally found a way to make it work.
The BCI Derby After Dark gala was a BLAST! And one of the employees named Jude absolutely crushed it during the ‘fund a need’ portion of the evening. He even jumped in to keep the excitement going during the live auction!
BCI (Boone Center Inc.) Packaging is a for-purpose, non-profit contract packaging company that offers purposeful work for adults with disabilities. They partner with both local and global companies providing purpose driven co-packaging and co-manufacturing services creating a lasting impact for the employees and in the community.
Although they exceeded their fundraising goal at the gala, their annual operating expenses still go beyond what the event raises each year. If you’re able, please consider supporting their mission and the incredible work they do.

Elected officials have a responsibility to educate themselves on the ordinances they swore an oath to uphold.
It is uncommon to see a City Attorney provide legal guidance from the dais during open meeting’s. But that is exactly what occurred at the April 23rd Council meeting. Despite receiving a clear legal explanation from the City’s own attorney that, at the final approval stage, a councilmember’s duty is ministerial, three councilmembers still chose to ignore that guidance and inject politics into the process.
The willful refusal to carry out a required duty has a legal term: nonfeasance, an offense that contributed to the impeachment of an O’Fallon councilmember in recent years.
What is especially disappointing is that the only public response from one of these councilmembers was, “Wow! Lots of look comments on this.”
Public office is a position of responsibility, not a stage for performative politics.

🚧 Hopewell Rd. Improvements 🚧
The St. Charles County Council agenda for May 11th includes the Hopewell Rd. improvement project from Highway N to south of Diehr Rd.
The project widens Hopewell roadway and adds curb/gutter as well as a roundabout at Diehr Rd. Completion is planned for 240 calendar days from the ‘notice to proceed’ which commonly occurs within a few weeks of project approval.
Detour map attached has drivers taking Paul Renaud Blvd. to Lake St. Louis Blvd.

I’m incredibly grateful to have discovered The Child Advocacy Center of Northeast MO and to be able to continue supporting an organization that does such vital work in our community.
I’ve always believed that we have a responsibility to stand behind those who serve others, and even more importantly, to protect the most vulnerable among us, our children.
In 2022, I was introduced to the CAC through Vision St. Charles County Leadership. That experience opened the door to conversations with law enforcement agencies across our county, and what I learned left a lasting impact. Hearing firsthand how essential the CAC is and how deeply our police departments rely on their expertise made it clear to me that this was an organization worth investing in.
Since then, I’ve been honored to support their mission, including attending and sponsoring each of their annual gala’s.
The CAC and its dedicated staff are truly on the front lines, responding to reports of child abuse with compassion, professionalism, and care. Their work is centered on protecting children, supporting families through healing, and preventing abuse before it happens.
One of their most powerful goals is ensuring that children who bravely come forward are not re-traumatized by the very systems designed to help them. Through services like forensic interviews, family advocacy, mental health therapy, and prevention education in schools and the community, they are making a real difference.
If you’re looking for a way to have a meaningful impact, I can’t recommend supporting this organization enough. Together, we can help create a safer, stronger future for our children.

The rain paused just long enough for us to celebrate the grand opening of STL County’s Precinct 2. This state of the art facility includes their Regional Intelligence Center which is a partnership with St. Charles County Police Department.

April 22nd’s Legacy Builders Ministry men’s breakfast did not disappoint.
Eddie Penney delivered a powerful testimony of his walk from passion serving the USA in multiple Middle East tours to serving his own children along his journey in paying attention to nudges from our savior Jesus Christ.
“The world is distracting you from the Lords purpose for you with easy, convenient, instant gratification. Stay focused and live for purpose!”
I would love to have you join me at the next breakfast on October 14th from 7-9am. If you’re interested DM me, no commitment beyond the breakfast required, just come hear another man’s story. I attended a handful of breakfasts before committing to take part in Operation Timothy, a one on one discipleship program that has taken me much deeper in my own Faith.

The Mission: Stream Clean for Peruque Creek
Our first stream clean experience was a HUGE success! Uncertain of what to expect the girls were a bit anxious going into it but as soon as they were fitted out with trash bags and grabbers they were off weaving in and out of tree debris to pick out any amount of trash they could find. Like a good for the environment egg hunt, there was plenty of opportunity to stay as dry or out of the mud as you wanted.
A dozen bags of trash and 3 car tires later and we were all hungry. YUMMY BOWL O'Fallon lets you pack in the protein for under $20 per heaping bowl, highly recommend!
