Our Story

Owner and head instructor Joel Clark 4th degree black belt. Mr. Clark has over 25 years of Martial arts knowledge from several disciplines. He teaches his techniques he’s learned throughout his trainings to be able to defend yourself from grabs, punches, kicks, and ground defense. Anyone of any ages can use our defenses using pressure points, throws, and joint locks.

We focus and training the mind and body through martial arts. Adults and kids improve their focus, respect, self-esteem, and discipline and training in a clean and safe environment. All ages benefit from our martial arts training learning better balance, great self-defense, flexibility, and strength. We offer classes from 4 years old and up. The classes are broken into age range and belt rank.

We teach traditional TaeKwondo along with other self-defensive techniques from a variety other martial art. This gives you a well rounded education so you or your child may protect yourself in any situation. We also offer weapons training, which helps with hand-eye coordination and is just plain fun. We have core values that all students learn and gain a deeper understanding of - RESPECT, HONESTY, SELF-ESTEEM, BELIEF, COMMUNICATION, and DISCIPLINE. We offer classes from 4 years old and up. The classes are broken into age range and belt rank.
