Yesterday, we said "see you later" to an incredible leader.
After 25 years of dedicated service, Kathy officially retired as our Volunteer Services Manager. She didn't just lead this program, she built it from the ground up, creating a foundation that continues to connect our community through service every single day.
Because of Kathy, thousands of volunteers have found purpose. Her impact will be felt for years to come, and her legacy will always be a part of who we are.
We are excited to be able to share our next Volunteer Services Manager will be Hunter Davis. We look forward to continuing to grow and serve this wonderful community with you.
Join us in congratulating Kathy on her retirement and welcoming Hunter to the team!

Earth Day doesn’t happen without people who care and WOW, did our volunteers show up in every possible way.
From planting beautiful flowers that will brighten our spaces for months to come, to cleaning up our roadsides and making a visible impact on our community… you made a difference.
To our Volunteer Photographer, thank you for helping us tell the story and share the impact. And to everyone who helped bring the celebratory picnic to life, you created a space for connection, appreciation, and well-deserved fun.
Every role mattered. Every effort added up. And because of you, Earth Day wasn’t just an event, it was a community in action. THANK YOU!

A big thank you to the 6th graders from Zion Lutheran School, St. Charles, MO for spending their day helping clean up an O’Fallon creek! From start to finish, this group showed up ready to work hauling trash, tackling the tough spots, and making a visible impact on our waterways.
We love seeing the next generation of volunteers in action. Thanks for being part of what makes O’Fallon such a great place to live, work, and play!

This past week has been such an incredible reflection of what our volunteers in O'Fallon truly mean to our community.
From the big moments to the small, everyday acts of service, our volunteers show up with generous hearts, willing hands, and a genuine passion for making a difference. It's been so special to take time this week to celebrate each of you, the people who give so much of themselves to others.
We've shared a lot of fun along the way, laughs, stories, and well-deserved moments of appreciation, and it's been a joy to recognize the impact you make each and every day.
Thank you for your time, your energy, and most importantly, your heart. O'Fallon is stronger, kinder, and more connected because of you all!

This Volunteer Month, we're taking a moment to recognize a group of individuals quietly doing incredible work behind the scenes at our log cabin in Civic Park.
With patience, care, and a deep respect for our past, our volunteers are carefully cataloging historic artifacts and diving into research that helps bring our community's story to life. Each item they document and every detail they uncover adds another piece to the larger picture of who we are and where we came from.
History doesn't preserve itself; it takes dedicated hands and curious minds to protect it. Because of these volunteers, the stories held within the walls of the log cabin won't be forgotten, they'll be shared, understood, and appreciated for generations to come.
Their work may not always be seen, but its impact is lasting.
This month, we proudly recognize and thank our volunteers for honoring the past and helping to carry it forward.
