It's always bittersweet to help a family sell their childhood home after the parents have passed and I was honored to be asked to help with the transition! 🏡

In February we met at the home to discuss the different options for getting the house market ready along with giving everyone in the family time to process the new chapter that was approaching.

In Mid-April things were moving along with contacting roofing companies, fixing a few things & removing the rest of the furniture while I got busy internally marketing the home to my office of 200 agents!
